Ward 1 Special Election

A Special Election will be held February 16, 2016 for Ward 1 Alderman at the Oxford Conference Center. The deadline to qualify is January 26 at 5:00pm.

Anyone who wants to qualify will need to collect 50 signatures of registered voters who reside in Ward 1. Blank petition forms may be picked up in the City Clerk's office or they can be printed from the MS Secretary of State's Office website. The election will be from 7:00am to 7:00pm at the Conference Center. Absentee voting will be held at City Hall February 6th & 13th from 8am til Noon.
