City of Oxford Pool Renovation Update
Construction is now underway for the City Pool Renovation project. The first phase of the construction is to demolish the existing pool house and pool decking. For the next two months (June and July 2024), heavy machinery and trucks will be regularly leaving the swimming pool site on Washington Avenue. Additionally, during the early stages of demolition, machinery will be very close to the street/sidewalk on Washington Avenue.
While Washington will remain open during the renovation, pedestrians and drivers are highly encouraged to use an alternate route during the construction. Areas indicated on the attached map in orange should be avoided, if possible.
