Please be advised that on Monday, March 23rd, 11th Street, between Van Buren Avenue and East Jackson Avenue, will be closed from 6:00 A.M. until Tuesday, March 24th, at 7:00 A.M. due to asphalt seal coating. This area will be open to foot traffic only during this time.
