Municipal Court

The City of Oxford Municipal Court is committed to administering justice in a fair, equitable, impartial, effective, efficient, and timely manner. We will ensure the highest quality service, and that every person is treated in a courteous and respectful manner. This court is entrusted with the fair and just resolution of alleged violations of city ordinances and state misdemeanors in order to preserve the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution, as well as the laws of this country and state.
