We here at City Hall recognize the difficulties that come with moving off campus. We hope that during your years in Oxford you will become active in the community and take advantage of everything Oxford has to offer its residents.On this page you will find links to make your transition an easy one. Included are the necessary items you need to acquire utility service, a library card, or to begin recycling. We’ve also included helpful advice to make your experience in our city’s neighborhoods a pleasant one for both you and your neighbors. University students share a major role in contributing to the character of Oxford.
