The Oxford Electric Department has been responsible for providing electric service to the citizens of Oxford for over 100 years. All customer service issues concerning water, sewer and electric utilities are handled through the Oxford Electric Department. 

Utility payments may be paid at the Oxford Electric Department, 300 McElroy Drive (near the Oxford Post Office). A drive-through window is open Monday - Friday during business hours, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. There is also a drop box at City Hall for after-hours payment on the Square.
