Effective 9/15/2009 all site plan reviews  require application accompanied by $250 fee on or before scheduled site plan meeting

The Planning Department formulates recommended goals, plans, policies and ordinances that provide orderly growth and development for Oxford.  This department assists the public with matters regarding rezoning, annexation, subdivision of property, and historic preservation.    

The Planning Department works with the Planning Commission by providing information to be used in their decision making process.  Planning Commission meeting times and agendas are posted on the City Calendar.
