Oxford-University Transit Regular Meetings: Second Wednesday of the month at 2:00 pm in the conference room of city hall

The Oxford-University Transit Commission oversees and directs the overall system planning, coordination, fare policy, establishment of transit routes, scheduling and creation of transit system policies and procedures in a manner consistent with grant requirements and applicable law and regulations.

The commission also makes recommendations to the City of Oxford on major capital equipment purchases, informs the public, the City of Oxford and the University of Mississippi on transit matters, supervises/reviews monthly reports from the transit management company and monitors transit system performance through ridership surveys and other appropriate methods.
